Greek Life @ WashU isn't really big enough/"fratty" enough/diverse enough to really have set rankings. Within each tier, I'd say they're pretty similar:

Upper/"Most like a state-school frat": AEPi, SigChi, PhiDelt
Upper Middle/"Kinda nice, kinda douchey": KSig, SAE
Middle/"Nice guys": SigNu, Beta
Lower/"Kinda Nerdy/Weird": Theta Xi, ZBT, ADPhi, TKE

I'd say AEPi won the top tier this past rush, KSig won upper-middle, Beta beat SNu, and Theta Xi won the lower.

How does being "kinda nice/kinda douchey" put a frat above the rank of "nice guys"?
And I'd say theta xi is nerdy but also nice guys. And based on your definitions, Sig Nu and KSig should be switched. Sig Nu is kinda considered douchey these days and KSig are really all nice people
