i guarantee you this was written by someone in a "top tier" sorority to scare freshmen from joining dg/the other chapters. pnms, no one who's worth your while will treat you any differently. and don't choose or cut a sorority based on where it stands in the tier system, so many girls who do that end up regretting their choice in the long run.

i'm not even in dg and I've ignored all these dg posts bc I have friends in dg, and my chapter has a different personality than them, we get our girls/they get theirs.
but posing questions like this, seriously? recruitment is an inherently shallow process, but its the best one we have and most of the time it ends up working out for everyone. the reason that is is because we do what we can to maintain the integrity of the system outside the shallow confines of the process itself.
i'm not sure what your problem with dg is but maybe you should spend more energy on finding confidence within your own chapter instead of trying to "sneakily" bring them down on an anon. website.

seriously. it's not like we go to a state school. everyone talks to everyone so pick a house that you feel most happy and comfortable with.
