Are they allowed to pay to promote posts and stuff? Their rush video is all over my newsfeed and it's just weird and it doesn't look like any of the other sororities are doing it.

Does anyone else think it's kind of strange?

I don't think there are any rules about how chapters spend their personal budgets, but it is pretty strange that they actually felt the need to pay for publicity. Guess they're nervous about rush?

ChiO dirty rushed my friend and I so hard last year... honestly we liked them until they started getting desperate. It's sad, other than that and the handful of crazies they have they're a pretty good sorority.
