this is super accurate- although lets be honest for piphi/kappa/aphi solid vs going down is just like a matter of preference at this point

The only people who feel that way are people trying to climb or people threatened by kappa and just saying that to scare away freshmen. These girls may not be the most likeable but hey are pretty top tier and DEFINITELY more well liked than APhi

kkg is undeniably moving down and has been for 3 years
pi phi has gotten worse personality-wise but risen to the top of the tiers and will probably stay that way
aphi will either stay solid in rush stats or plummet once everyone realizes how fake and desperate they are

PiPhi has only had one "top" pledge class 2 years ago. Aphi has had 1 top pledge class last year and Kappa has had good pledge classes with the exception of last year which comparatively wasn't bad.

Kappa is definitely the one moving down, not pi phi. Whoever claims kappa isnt moving down is a kappa themselves. Stop trying to cling to the top no one likes you anymore.
