They're "real" as of this semester (IFC and school has officially let them in). A lot of of the hate on this site is for their founding class, which was reallyyyyyy douchey and stuck up. Their more recent PC's are actually chill guys, but we'll see how their PC15 recruitment goes.
They also are moving into House 1, which is the largest and nicest house on the row. I have this feeling they'll be very different in 2 years than they are rn, but rn they're still bottom.
