people are saying core 4 = golden triangle + dg
sure, those are the top chapters in the tier system but i doubt dg wants much to do with aphi and kkg anyway. the idea of the golden triangle is a disaster these days, pi phi is the only one that's still consistently on top. pi phi, dg, and maybe chio/aephi are the ones to join in my opinion

I don't get why people keep lumping DG with Kappa/Pi Phi/APhi. They're so different in personality and recruitment that it doesn't make sense. If DG is truly a good chapter they don't need to be lumped with other chapters to justify it.

pi phi/alpha phi, kappa, aephi/dg
aephi and dg are two totally different chapters with completely different values. yes there are some crazy girls in dg and some tame girls in aephi. yes, aephi tends to go out more but there are some dgs who you see out all the time. both chapters are highly respected and are overall liked by every sorority/fraternity. so like fab five?
if you go into rush thinking you have to be on the top tier, you won't be happy. pick based on what suits YOU best.

this is probably true but also accurate. aephi is another version of pi phi so this is acceptable
