i don't know if i agree with the way the poster above me put it, but it's true - if DG really cared about rankings they'd stop rushing for personality and start rushing for looks. but then they'd probably become a classless disaster like every other chapter that bids on attractiveness, so i'm guessing they're pretty happy with the way they pick girls.

Kappa still way outpaces DG in looks, but that's it. Now that DG's consistently been in the top 3 of rush numbers-wise, i'm not surprised people are ranking them higher.

I wouldn't interpret this is as dg trying to self rank but someone trying to bring kappa down.

I think you meant if you compare looks, Kappa is above DG. As a whole, DG is more solid.

That comparison is a fallacy lol. Yeah there's kappas who wouldn't want to be in dg, but out of the dg's i know, there's plenty who would never want to be in kappa.
As far as rejection, etc. that's rush statistics and a different comparison all together.

Each of our sororities fill a niche for women. Kappa fill its niche of women who are beautiful, outgoing, and maybe just a little shallow. People know that about kappa and it gets the women it wants and who fit that niche. DG fills its niche of classy, genuinely nice women, and attracts women who are interested in that. Neither one is better than the other in general, it's all about personal opinion.

Is someone trying to make dg look bad or something by spamming this page with "dg>kappa?" The comment about the sororities fitting different niches was on point and thats enough. Dg definitely isn't trying to like overcome kappa or something, if they were, they would recruit very differently. so i doubt they would be all over this page either. I feel like this is the same person who either has a vendetta against kappa, or someone trying to make dg look as if theyre out for kappa.

DG doesn't really try hard enough...if they did they'd stop recruiting pretty girls and weirdos and only recruit pretty girls.
That said, they've still outrushed Kappa 2 years in a row.
