2014 frat rankings with descriptions

Top Tier
AEPi: most fun fraternity, best parties, but the guys are very douchy and overly fratty. Lots of typical rich New Yorkers/east coasters
Sig Chi: most guys are cool as individuals, but very douchy as a whole. Mix of athletes and non-athletes. Socially exclusive, prefer mixers over huge parties
Phi Delt: all athletes, mostly football players with some basketball and baseball kids mixed in. Strongest brotherhood, socially exclusive but very outgoing

Upper Middle
SAE: diverse brotherhood that is still very close. All around good guys who have fun without being too douchy. Have stayed strong despite a few setbacks

Middle
Kappa Sig: fastest rising fraternity. Shedding the stoner label and gaining a presence on campus. Last few PCs have exceeded everyone's expectations
Sig Nu: nice guys, definition of a middle tier frat. Pride themselves too much on their freshman parties, but overall nice guys and very inclusive
Beta: talk about an identity crisis. Quantity over quality. Still very nice guys but they need to figure it out fast

Bottom
ZBT: off-campus stoners. Kinda sketchy but some of the brothers are cool. Have a loyal following of girls who love to smoke
Theta Xi: largely a mystery. Getting better, but still has a rep for being creepy and introverted
TKE: engineers. Nice guys but they're just not that fun and kind of creepy. Throw parties with nice booze but no one ever shows up
ADPhi: subpar colony class, but getting House 1 should help their rep. Time will tell

I'm really interested to see what happens w/ ADPhi. The majority of the guys (other than the founders) are actually pretty chill, but I think this spring will be the make it/break it. I could see them being solidly in the middle with a good spring PC and getting house 1.
