aoii vs kd

by: undecided

so it looks as if it's settled that only aoii and kd are doing fall rush. as a sophomore, i really want to join a sorority first semester, even though the chapter i wanted most isn't doing fall rush. with that being said, could i get some opinions on whether i should go for kd or aoii?? i know everyone says you shouldn't listen to this site but i just wanted to hear some opinions

what is it about the other chapter that you wanted the most?

please don't just "settle" for aopi and kd. they're both great chapters with amazing women. you would be lucky to be a member of any sorority at washu.

The others have more of a presence on campus and I guess I don't like the negative first impression people get when they hear you're from kd or AOII

PLEASE for the love of God stop posting on this site. I get it, you want to be as informed as possible about going through recruitment, but begging for the opinions of anonymous people online two months before fall recruitment even starts is not doing you any favors. The more you post, the more it sounds like you're only basing your decisions off superficial reputations and stereotypes - and if that's the case, these chapters are better off without a member like you.

While I don't agree with how they said it, they do have a good point. Joining a sorority is about a lot more than reputation, bigs and littles, and social events. Just keep that in mind.

I understand where you're coming from. Do certain sororities have more mixers than others though?

It all depends on the social char. If she's great, you'll mix a lot. If not, you won't.

this.

also sometimes there is someone in charge of mixers in addition to the social chair, who plans date parties etc.
