You could make a case for that, based on how a lot of people feel towards kappa these days, but honestly depends on which metric you are using to "rank" one sorority over another. Traditional rankings standards? Kappa. Who people somewhat recently have more positive sentiments towards in general, or even mixing with? You could possibly maybe flip DG and Kappa. Usually these rankings are directly correlated to looks though and while the average DG is attractive, looks ARE Kappa's "thing."
