Is beta actually a good frat

Is beta / sig chi actually a good frat? I get that “top” is about throwing good parties and having cool brothers, but it sounds like their parties are mid and their brothers are shallow d bags. Is there something about their reputation or appeal that im not seeing that AEPi doesnt have?
