Beta isnt a Fraternity

So why would anyone want to join? Like u get none of the benefits of an alumni network or shared values and rituals. You're not going to be able to meet guys post college and be like i was an "x" and you were an "x" and now were friends. Its straight up just like a regular club now right?

Like general ranking i guess
frats my friends and i like:
alphadelt/taxi
ksig
aepi but they are on thin ice
sigep at times


frats we don’t like (in no particular order):
sae
snu
beta
tke
zbt

could be niche but this is j a general consensus of what my friend group thinks

Not even in Greek Life anymore but to me this just sounds like a few people are salty they lost crossbids to a house without a house.

Some fraternities here are so sad and I guess some things never change.

Not even a sigchi/beta but this seems salty. Just let them be, they are good for Greeklife. sigchi has my respect for having extremely diverse pcs. No other “top” fraternity honestly in America can say that.

Not even a sigchi/beta but this seems salty. Just let them be, they are good for Greeklife. They get my respect for having extremely diverse pcs. No other “top” fraternity at WashU or honestly in America can say that.

I’m sorry, but nobody is joining a fraternity for the “shared values and ritual”, you join it for the people in it and to have a good college experience. If that’s beta for some freshman, let them make their choice.
