Middle tier would be SNU SAE and Alpha Delt. Can sometimes pull together a mixer with top sororities and sometimes throw some great parties. As for personality, bland and wanna be douchey. Some are nice guys but more often they’re top tier rejects who wanna make their frats top tier but are failing
