Advice for PNMs

1. Avoid this website at all costs. Make your own judgements about each chapter and don't care about their reputations or "ranks." You don't want to base the next 4 years off a popularity contest.
2. If you do look at this site, don't go to individual chapter pages. It's either self ranks from people in the chapter or done by people who hate the chapter.
3. Keep an open mind during recruitment and be kind to all the chapters! We will speak to each other if someone is rude.
4. Be yourself. This one is said a lot, but you need to be true to yourself in order for recruitment to work the way it is supposed to.
5. If you don't get in where you want, just try to stay in your chapter for a little while and see if you like it. You may be surprised.
