Tier 1: Sigma Chi (slowly going down but still a top house)
Tier 1.5: SAE(solid spring and fall pc) SigNu (Small fall pc, but already got good members)
Tier 2: Aepi (Fun but some are creepy) Ksig (Got nice Spring PC but the fraternity has Bad rep)
Tier 3:Theta xi (funny but quirky)
Tier 4: Alpha Delt (fall pc is ayt)
Tier 5: ZBT, Sig Ep
TIer 5.5: TKE
Bottom: Beta, Dchi (it's a myth)
