breaking the rules
by: Kappa DeltaHi, I was reading through the ratings of Kappa Delta and noticed a lot of people were commenting about how they have no sisterhood, they're rude,and they broke all sorts of rules at recruitment. Can someone elaborate on this for me? I couldn't find any details on the ratings page. Thank you!

KD screwed up recruitment statistics for everyone by deliberately cutting more girls than they were allowed to in the early rounds so they would appear more highly desired/get "better" girls. Even the chapters who defended KD before hate them now... Good luck getting anywhere on this campus after that stunt.

Doing damage control in April won't really do anything. The other sororities all know what happened, and even the ones their actions might not have affected as much are still pretty angry at KD for what they did.
Just accept that everyone knows what happened, accept that it was wrong, and then don't do it again. If panhel wasn't keeping a close eye on them before, they definitely will now. While it's great that KD is doing relatively well, you can't ignore the sketchy things they did to get there.

I personally loved getting the prefs invitations during rush and i still have mine. Too bad 400 girls missed out on that this year bc KD was too dumb to order them and then too selfish to let other sororities (who remembered to order them) give them out.......

KD didn't break any rules. Panhel kept a close eye on them because it was their first recruitment and they weren't experienced.
Folks who say different are showing their insecurities. KD has only been on campus for 3 semesters and is building a fabulous organization. No one at WUSTL expected them to be that strong, that fast.
