Can Kappa take a pc this year after new suspension?

After their suspension, can they take a pc in the fall and/or spring?

They can in the spring. But gphi and kappa won’t be able to take girls in the fall anyway because they have more than everyone else. So if you want kappa or gphi and you’re a sophomore, you'll have to wait until the spring. If you’re a freshman, you’ll have to wait for the spring anyway.

Kappa isn’t taking a fall rush group but thats not from the suspension, thats from filling up their sophomore pc last year. Same as gphi.
