1. Trout is the most versatile fish in existence; obvious choice really
2. Salmon: I heavily fw salmon for sustaining the bear population because bears are sick
3. Cod aren’t real and are just trouts in disguise but if they were they’d be here
4. AEPI: difficult to cook properly and sometimes has a fishy taste, but reliable and fairly versatile
