Why is sig chi top?

Only thing constant about all these rankings is that they have sig chi at 1. Why are they better than ksig, snu or even SAE?

Sig chis run this website. The other frats are joblessly hopping on too. Im glad half of them, including sig chi, got those crazy penalties for next year

sig chi boys are hot and fun to talk to. aepi slightly less so but still fun. ksig are stoner boys not that fun idk why people like them
