Not gonna make any recommendations on order but a few things to note:
-K Sig is super fun and on the up but this issue has been a for sure hiccup and I think the only reason they survived it was because of a single member.
-Sig Chi historically makes women feel excluded. Yes they’re super fun and cute but I think a lot of people get high school popular kids vibes when we’re all a bit past that.
-AEPi has done such a great job this year but still has a long way to go, especially with the recency of their past violations.

Changes I would make are snu above aepi, beta above sae, and where tf is alpha delt...?

As someone in one if the top 3 houses on this list, if I had to switch I would much rather be in ZBT than Theta Xi, Alpha Delt, TKE or SigEp.
Yeah they are off campus, have small pledge classes, and don't mix with the top soroities, but they are visibly very close and have real friendships.
They keep it real- most of the others in the bottom half dont.
