For any girls that got dropped / dropped out of recruitment -

It probably really sucks now and it will be hard seeing everyone else excited about their sorority, but it will get better.

The outcome of recruitment does not define your worth. Even people in Greek life will tell you it’s a bit random and arbitrary. You are amazing regardless of being in a sorority or not. there is absolutely nothing wrong with you because of the outcome of recruitment

Hang in there, delete Instagram for a few days, and find some friends who didn’t rush / also were dropped. It will get better!!

Same general sentiment should be applied to girls who didn't get the house they wanted.

Trust me, it gets better. And a LOT more fun.

from the other side of recruitment i can say that it truly is arbitrary and random sometimes. pnms fall through the cracks. being a good rushee is a specific skill and sometimes it doesnt automatically mean youre a good person too
