mixers!
by: hiHey I was wondering which sororities have mixers? Or if all of them do? Can’t talk about that kinda thing during rush and I’m curious. (Not asking for who they mix with, just frequency)

All sororities have mixers. AOPi is the only one that is nowhere near as social as the others. I’ve never really seen/heard of them having a mixer but I know they do have mixers.
Top tier sororities like aphi, kappa, pi phi are the most social sororities, but the university instituted a new mixer policy limiting the number of “registered” mixers for the whole Greek life community so i’d say most sororities all have the same number of mixers but the quality varies with tiers since top tiers usually mix with better frats. But due to the new policy every sorority/frat is really feeling the change and we all hate it. being in Greek life is still way more social than not.

I would disagree that “top tier” sororities are more social. My frat has mixed equally with the ‘top tier,’ aephi, dg, and kd (I think dg and aphi the most) and most other frats mix equally with a lot of different sororities (except maybe ONLY sig chi is more picky). They’re more social than aopi and gphi but not any more social than other sororities.

In the past aopi has mixed with Contraband for sure, but I have not heard of any frats mixing with them recently.
