chi o and gphi
by: hot takehot take i feel like chi o and gphi are same level after pc19 cuz chi o went down and gphi went up so they’re kinda even now. everyone ranks chi o then gphi then aopi but i think it’s really chio/gphi then aopi. comment ur thoughts

I agree that Gphi had a really good PC this year but overall they are still not on the same level. Part of what defines a sorority at washu is its vibe- they each have vastly different reputations and attract completely different girls. Gphi is still just too new to have a distinct reputation— it draws random girls who this year happened to be good but random nonetheless. Once it figures out who it wants to be maybe they’ll improve. Chi o stuck to its reputation in my opinion which doesn’t make it any lower.

I completely agree. Gphi’s only problem is that theyre still considered new. They got some really fun, outgoing girls in their pc which have helped them expand their rep even more becomes now more and more people are like “oh i know her shes in gphi” and its helped them SOOO MUCH.
Chio man, it used to be like aephi/kd/dg/chio based on preference but chio has slipped way down after two years of bad pledge classes

Totally disagree. I think aephi is the one that slipped and chio had two pretty good pcs.

They have like 5 girls that they post and promote everywhere who go out. But those 5 can’t talk to everyone during recruitment so good luck

They are both the same overall in rankings. Chio has less cool and popular girls than gphi and are kind of meh in personality, but gphi has a few really bizarre and weird girls in each pc, so it balances out. I also think aephi is on the same level as chio and gphi. While they don't have any weird girls and are lots of fun, they really aren't that attractive overall.

being attractive isn’t the only thing that influences a ranking. amount of mixers/social events, presence on campus, and personality of the girls also influence ranking

I agree that vibe is an important factor in ranking at washu but I don't agree that ChiO has stuck to its reputation. ChiO has been struggling with their identity the past few years and has been taking a pretty random mix of girls. For now I think OP is probably right and GPhi and ChiO are about equal but since both are trying to figure themselves out their rankings will depend a lot on the upcoming recruitment.
