Why does theta xi not like alpha delt? It seems like a lot of people on greekrank who support theta xi also don’t like alpha delt. Is there a reason for this?

I saw Theta Xi's the other day walking their pledges around the house on dog leashes. That dog house that used to be outside the house I believe was moved inside and they rotate having pledges sleep inside of it.
