Why isn't ZBT housed on campus?

Because they lost their house years ago and don't want it back. They smoke a lot of weed and would rather be off campus to avoid trouble.

I think their house got demolished when the Law School was being built.

ZBT has always been off-campus, kappa sig's original house was demolished by the law school
