frat future rankings

These rankings are meant to predict the future standings of the frats over the coming years .

1. Sig Chi - with the fall of phi delt, Sig chi is given a larger pool of athletes and will most likely become far and away the top house
2. Snu/kappa Sig/sae - these frats operate on a similar level. they all get their fair share of girls at their parties I.e they all party with top sororities
3. Aepi - their glory days iare ending. Along with their semester suspension and some questionable losses of cross bids (cough adphi), they will fall in the rankings over the next couple years.
4. Beta/adphi- these frats are becoming the same thing. Nice/hipster guys with a good portion of them not able to socialize at parties
5. Zbt - they operate in their niche and will likely not ever move up or down
6. Similar to beta/adphi with a good amount more creepy/weird/wannabe guys
7. Sig ep-obviously nothing rn, but they could rise in the rankings depending on the rejects they receive in the coming years. Having a House helps
8. Lovable nerds that will always be bottom tier
