They're also the one chapter that clearly discriminates against woc. Just take one look at their chapter and you can see they are significantly less diverse than any other sorority on campus

Uh not exactly. Alpha Phi is aggressively competitive in recruitment, had/has a nasty habit of dirty rushing during the actual week of, rushes girls based on appearance (as does Kappa) and has attracted some of the most basic self-centered people who give no fuuuucks about those around them. Individually a lot of them are great, but girls from my freshmen floor joined Alpha Phi and then pretty much dropped everyone else from their lives. The chapter just changes people and NOT in a good way. That's why people don't like Alpha Phi.
And this is not led by guys alone, their "Alpha Phi is the only thing that matters center of the earth" thing is frustrating and off putting to most of the rest of the sororities too.
