time commitment
by: wonderingHow much of a time commitment is Greek life after rushing/becoming a member? Is it worth it?

It honestly depends. can't speak for sororities, but pledging is pretty time-intensive for frats. You have a lot of activities to do and brothers to meet with. The whole process is basically as much work as a 3 credit class. Once you become a brother though, there's much less to do, just a few weekly meetings not including mixers/parties on the weekends. It's the same time commitment as your average club. Is it worth it: that's for you to decide. You gotta weigh the pros and cons. If you're unsure, come check out the greek scene, and see if it sparks interest.
