Phi Delta Theta - ΦΔΘ Fraternity at Washington University in St. Louis - WUSTL 4.2 A lot of athletes. Like to party a lot but not many open parties. Really strong brotherhood and close house as a whole. You can get in if you're not an athlete but probably need to rush well.

They have a close brotherhood at the expense of being a welcoming environment. Join if a varsity athlete, if not there are better options.
