They're filled with a bunch of people that are active on campus, so they care about philanthropy events and their extracurriculars. But this means they're not as invested in the fraternity. They basically are cool people individually but put them together and they're mostly not close with each other and thats why I think they come off as socially awkward or unable to throw ragers.

Got an extremely weak pc (most of them are really weird) this year and lost all of their cross bids. Thought they were on the rise but with this pc theyre going to have to really make up for it in the spring.

We may not be the best frat or have the best looking guys or have guys that can hold a conversation or have the best reputation, but we do have the highest GPA and we make our pledges read books because we like to make ourselves look smart. We care a lot about social issues if it means more girls come to our parties that we can brag about how nice we are. Maybe one day they’ll feel sorry for us to sleep with us!!

I love these guys. There parties are actually the best as every guy is so sweet and they go all out. They do a great job at recruiting smart and attractive guys. As well, their new PC has a lot of character. Their presence is really growing on campus and I am sure it won't be long for these guys to be top tier.

Mixed with ADPhi this last week and it’s like they expect you to have a good time with them. They act like they’re he best thing I’m greek row when they’re obviously not. Maybe if they were actually nice people instead of “nice guys” that are just insanely cringey and are only actually nice when trying to get with someone, they wouldn’t be so hated.
