Their philanthropy could be better, but they are very solid on all fronts. Definitely huge potential there ontop of the huge base already there

Alpha Epsilon Pi - ΑΕΠ Fraternity at Washington University in St. Louis - WUSTL 3.6 AEPi is fine. The same way that if you ended up having to sit inside at Ibby's on a nice day because the patio was full it would be fine. Not desirable. Just fine.

Alpha Epsilon Pi - ΑΕΠ Fraternity at Washington University in St. Louis - WUSTL 2.8 Attractive men! Well whatever attractive at WashU means. Fun, but not actually as socially adept as you would think. They're probably one of the doucher frats because they lack the concept of a gentleman, but a lot of them are also actually pretty awkward sometimes about things, like great conversationalists once you get them alone but like collectively its like wtf this party is so weird.
