New sorority on campus, done a great job being involved, seen a lot of cool girls, not that hot or anything special but they're new and it's looking good for them

Their new PC is incredible. They won Anchor Splash and they seem to be trying to keep it classier and become more involved on campus. Very hot girls this year and though it may not seem like it everyone, they have an amazing sisterhood that is so much more than partying. There's no sororities on campus that are just known for partying, afterall we all go to WashU

Theta Xi will never be top tier just as much as it will never be bottom tier. These are good guys, a little dorky but great guys with a tight brotherhood. From what I've seen it's true that a small number of them can be a little creepy and maybe a few aren't the best looking guys on campus. But overall they are great guys to have some fun with, they're all nice and throw some great parties.
