shaping up in the spring

I think everyone needs to look back and reevaluate what they are doing. Every chapter has problems at this point. If you think yours doesn't, then you're wrong.

What's your chapters reputation? Are you happy with it? If you are not then, how do you as an individual change it? How can you lead your chapter into changing it?

What's your chapters biggest weakness? What's holding girls back from coming home to you? Are you doing everything you can to improve?

How's your sisterhood? How do you talk about your chapter? How do you talk about your sisters? Are you close with your sisters? Would you want to bring another girl into the current atmosphere of your chapter?

How's your philanthropy? Is it enjoyable? How much do you care about it? What can you do to become more connected to it?

And overall, Are you happy in your chapter?
