Definitely 100% bottom house, they get the scraps every year, literally has been the trend since they came here, never gonna change whether they like it or not, sorry guys it’s just true

Honestly just some fun dudes that have, in my opinion, the strongest brother hood on campus. Their house isn’t the nicest but they are the most genuine people you could meet, not to mention some of them are pretty cute.

This chapter has been on the Akron campus for over 100 years. This is a unique fraternity that stresses individualism and not the cookie cutter frat where everybody is the same. VThese aren’t your typical frat boy douche canoes. This national fraternity did away with pledges in 1972 and instead have associate members. This is a very good chapter and they have a bright future.

Good guys even though they don’t have a house. Best among the fraternity community for athletics and parties

I want to give them a good rating but to do that I would have to know some of the people in it. I don’t even know if they have a house?

Point blank don’t know who this is????How is it top rank frat?? I am just confused as to who they are??? I don’t even know how to rank them

All I know about them is that they are rich and their alums have money. I have heard nothing good about their brotherhood or philanthropy. I have also heard they are really clicky. Overall, if you want to join a frat that has a nice house and nothing else, Phi Delt is the one for you.

Phi Tau is a great frat and I have nothing but good things to say. They seem to have a strong brotherhood and the only thing holding them back is they seem kinda small.

I would rate them higher, but one of their brothers has said slurs on multiple occasions and is a general creep to others.
