When I first met some of these guys I thought they were pretty great to hang out with, but it became much clearer that many guys in the chapter are only looking to get laid. Some are really nice but others would rather get wasted and hit on you, making it extremely uncomfortable to actually be friends with them. The only campus involvement I see is them trying to pick up girls at parties. If you don't want to go Greek, go TKE.

I highly recommend not rushing this fraternity unless raping girls, beating girls, punching walls, and sleeping with everything in sight is your thing. Their saying is "true gentleman" and that's the exact opposite of what they are. They're disgusting a holes who don't respect anything besides themselves and their brotherhood is a joke. Fakest guys I've ever met. Phi alpha boys. Serious dirt bags.

Wow this chapter has come a LONG way! You ladies are so much more involved, and doing such an amazing job with your image on campus. Deff most down to earth easy going chapter which helps them excel in recruitment!

These ladies are everything a sorority woman should aspire to be. If you are looking for the ultimate college experience filled with fun, amazing friends, and a great work ethic, then Alpha Phi is the only way to be. These women of the Eta Gamma chapter at The University of Akron are truly down to earth, outgoing, classy ladies who work hard academically, socially, and morally. You will always find them doing great things for the community, raising money for philanthropy, and going to class!

Let's be honest. They win at almost everything they do and APPEAR to be the best, but is that what a sorority should be about? I know so many of their new members or active members who say that once they join they get treated different; they feel like they don't fit. I'd take a real sisterhood over a fake one any day. Most of these women only care about looking the best and winning, but what image is that sending to the women who don't fit the cookie cutter mold? FAKE FAKE FAKE :(
