Have loved being their neighbors! What a great group of guys! They are really making the right strides in becoming a great fraternity! Very good brotherhood! Some of the nicest guys on campus!

These Guys are definitely improving. I have never heard of Theta Chi until last semester. Threw some great parties! Had top grades! Had an amazing recruitment class. They have their weirdoes but they are chill guys who just like to have fun. There house is also really nice. They are definitely rising up in Greek Life

All the ones I've met are very respectful, but they're such a small chapter that they don't have a big presence in the community. Never seen one in a social setting. Need to work on community involvement. They love each other, good brotherhood. No comment on philanthropy or academics. This one is a gamble, but the members that are there seem to be very happy with it. Can be forgettable with such a small chapter and a lack of community presence.

Have really increased their overall view in the Greek community. Obviously has some bad eggs that really hurt their reputation, but most of the guys in this fraternity are trying to better it. REALLY likes to party. Very involved in the community, strong brotherhood among members. A decent amount of philanthropy. Academics need to be focused on more than they are. Says they will have a new killer house soon, we'll see if it holds true. Check them out, they're on the rise.

Our chapters have been rivals for awhile , but what a fantastic group of guys! Really displaying what it means to be a great fraternity! ton of fun to kick it with! Also ridiculously good at hockey for some reason lol
