TKE is lower middle or the best bottom tier. The house had potential, but with the load of tryhards and having high school girls at parties really makes them a lower middle tier house.

Why is Theta Xi the only low middle house? Might as well move them up or down and get rid of the tier altogether

I don't believe SAE should be put as a top house, sure they have some studs but they're soft as ever. Which is the difference between the top houses and the others.
