they have fun parties, and they have some cool guys, but that house is a mess. they're always in some kind of drama with other houses and a lot of drama with each other. go to a party at their house and just wait until someone bashes their head into a wall or starts a fight with another guy in the house.

85% of the guys are douchey, rude and self-centered. they also got 17th in grades and more than half of their PC 14 didn't get initiated. They were better a couple years ago, but now it's like all of greek row is watching them fall apart.

I wish they would get it together because there are some fun, hilarious guys in the house and their parties can be super fun.

Can be douches and have some drama and fighting, but they are fun and have honestly one of the best looking houses with Delts and SAE. They've been in trouble a lot in the past year and have kind of a bad reputation that they need to get rid of.

If they can stay out of trouble and have a good PC 15 they will do fine this year. I know the guys and like going there, but you kind of have to prepare yourself if you haven't been to the house.
