Phi Delts will be the most doucheist of the 3. Couldn't catch a break last year weather it was being mean to girls, or minorities. parties are typically popping, but hit or miss last year because of the other troubles. Also had alot of guys drop so not sure whata up with that. House is not terribly bad though and two or three years ago was a top top house.. Delts are taking that place moving up as phi delts move down...will write about theta chi and delts later on.

All three houses kick it with good sorority's. Phi Delts with mostly AGD's, Aphis, and Gphi. Theta Chi with the same except some DG's chill with them. Delts the same as Theta Chi but throw some Kappas in. When there not in trouble the parties are pretty comparable, but Theta Chi and Delts have better relations with each other so they throw biads sometimes. Phi Delts have a huge ass dancefloor so when there not in trouble they have some good biads as well. Philanthropies and involvement arn't there strong suit and from what i know the brotherhood is solid. Honestly each house is good if you want to party a bunch, but I'd say Delts is on the up and up.
