Kappa delta and kappa Kappa gamma both have the prettiest houses, but a phi is super nice on the inside. Dg, kkg, and theta are probably stay the cleanest inside

Delta Gamma and Alpha Phi are really nice. DG looks sketchy on the outside, but the inside is beautiful. So is alpha phi and they have air conditioning!

I wouldn't base my decision on what actual house is the nicest...more important is how you get along worth when girls in the house. Especially since most freshman and seniors don't live in the house anyways
