Which sororities (if any) take sophomores during formal recruitment?

Almost all of them. If you're currently a freshman going into your sophomore year at WSU and know people in the house already, you're good.

Not sure how it is for transfers, but there was a girl during recruitment last year that was a junior transfer and got into AGD.

ALL of the do, not just that person's list. For instance DG isn't on there, but a girl in my rho gam group was a junior and a bid from DG, and it her first choice.
