new frats and sororities

what do you guys think of the new houses like phi sigs and pi phis and that other one

Both have little of a social scene, except Pi Phis will have more of one plus a house. For the frats don't expect to ever have a true house during your time here, and for all of the above they all seem to really go all out on community service and greek life things.

phi sigs has some lowkey hotties and pi phis is a very mixed bunch. Both are very involved during events but don't have the best grades. They don't have much of a social presence and it will be a few years to actually see where they go.
