Which one is more of a top house, APhi or KD?

I think KD would come before Aphi

Both are "top" houses, both didn't to the best in recruitment this past year, but definitely still both top. I would put aphi over KD

APhi over KD but both didn't do the best this year during recruitment. still considered top houses but KD is falling
