How do i get a bid at Lambda during recruitment and how does recruitment work in general?

Formal recruitment is usually the best way to go because you get to meet the guys from every house and you get to see where you get to see where you fit in. If do go through formal recruitment be sure to be open minded and down to earth kind of guy
