What happens if you dont have a 3.0 for formal recruitment? I want to rush but I don't have the grades, it will be my sophomore year.

Grades can be an issue, but just show them how awesome you are! Normally people have different circumstances as to why their grades are low so if you explain that to the girls you talk to it should be ok :)
