So- nobody wants to admit it, but there are rankings:
Frats:
Top- theta chi, Delts, pi kapp, phi delt, Sae
Middle- PKT, sig ep, lambda, ATO, sigma nu, TKE
Lower- beta, AGR, theta xi, phi tau, du, etx
sororitys:
Top- dg, a phi, kkg, agd
Mid- kd, theta, g phi, a pii, a chi o
Lower- chi o, ddd, ad pi, sk

Theta is not a top house. Never will be. There is nothing wrong with them. They just are not social enough. They don't party much outside of date dashes. Again there is nothing wrong with that. We are here for an education and they get great grades. This doesn't make them a top 5 house. But who cares!!!!!

I agree with this... Except alpha phi seems a little low. And I don't get why AGD is so high up always cause I think DG and KD are the best houses! But DDD is definitely moving up
