There are 430 men doing rush this year, compared to last year at 230. Hopefully this will let all houses pick higher quality.

Last year about 79% who rushes ended up in a house. This year that is looking to be 30%

Phi delts will not be able to recruit as long as they are dry. Their only perk is that party room, without it = bottom tier
