houses

Which houses are cheaper and which are more expensive I seen a post on her posted just a few hours ago and now I'm totally curious. What makes the more expensive houses expensive, like diamond rings or something. And say I get a bid from a more expensive house will it be any different from a cheaper house? If I spend more will I get more of a better experience?

Isn't DG and KG and KKG cheaper? A girl in my morning class last year said it was 900 a semester to be a DG. That sounds unusually cheap and doesn't even feel like it would cover room and board. So maybe that's first year? Who knows if any if this info is true I really never seen the girl wear her letters so who's to say she was a Delta Gam anyways..
Good luck!

I thnk 6500 is an average for most houses when you live in. Aphi is 8k I hear

The average when you do not live in the house is about $2,000 and highest being about 4,000 then you still pay additional for your dorm and your food so add another $3,000. So total for living in dorm and being apart of a house would be an average of $5,000 and high being about $7,000. Then the next year when you live in the house it goes up but you don't have the dorm and meal plan so it goes up to an average of about $7,500 and high being about $10,000. Alpha Phi is the highest and almost double of some.
