Just curious- did a phi used to be a bottom house ? How did they rise tot the top ?

they used to be like AXO. became top after the tops before them fell

back in the day we cared about the hottest 3 houses and did not care to rank the rest

Like the bottom- only sk and ad pi was below them! They had a really good recruitment chair one year that helped them rise!
