I had others review this list before posting, and all agreed with this ranking. Some houses are taking it pretty hard that they are dropping in the ranks, but it doesn’t mean they still don’t have a lot to offer. There are amazing girls in every house.

I completely disagree. Also like I said in my original post, this ranking is not just my opinion but the opinion of many others who are active in Greek life.
This ranking was reviewed by at least 20 others who all agreed on the placement of the houses.

Theta is always ranked 7 because that is the most accurate ranking for them. They are a good house and definitely in the top 7, but they are not higher up in the tier.
I love the Thetas! But they are definitely ranked correctly in the 7th spot.
